Modelo conceitual para a avaliação de desempenho na gestão da sustentabilidade em bibliotecas

A sustentabilidade emerge como um tema central nas interações humanas em diversas esferas. Por estas razões, as bibliotecas enfrentam o desafio de transformar a conscientização da sustentabilidade em ações práticas. A questão central da pesquisa foi identificar “Quais elementos podem integrar um Modelo Conceitual para a avaliação de desempenho na gestão da sustentabilidade em bibliotecas”. Objetivou-se propor um modelo conceitual para a avaliação de desempenho na gestão da sustentabilidade em bibliotecas. Os procedimentos metodológicos seguiram as etapas definidas na construção do Modelo Conceitual, caracterizando-se por uma abordagem qualitativa e uso do Estudo de Caso e a Pesquisa Bibliográfica como estratégias de coleta de dados. Como resultados, formou-se um portfólio bibliográfico de 22 artigos do tema e realizou-se a Análise Sistêmica, considerando as Áreas / Lentes do Conhecimento relativas à avaliação de desempenho. Após a identificação e verificação dos elementos conceituais, foi estruturado o Modelo Conceitual para a avaliação de desempenho na gestão da sustentabilidade em bibliotecas. A relevância da pesquisa reside na compilação e organização de informações teóricas fundamentadas, contribuindo para o avanço do conhecimento científico na área e para o fortalecimento da sustentabilidade nas bibliotecas.
