Transformación digital proponiendo un modelo de generación de valor

Con la evolución de las tecnologías digitales, la Transformación Digital ha pasado de ser una tendencia para las empresas a una necesidad. El objetivo del estudio ha sido identificar los principales dominios estratégicos y sus características que permitan proponer un modelo teórico-analítico para implementar y analizar la Transformación Digital en las organizaciones. El marco teórico presentado en este artículo se basa en una revisión bibliográfica, utilizando las bases de datos Scopus y Web of Science como fuente de consulta y recopilación de datos entre 2017 y 2021. Los conceptos planteados en esta revisión fueron validados a través de dos rondas de entrevistas semiestructuradas con personas involucradas en proyectos de Transformación Digital. A partir de los modelos y conceptos identificados en la literatura y en las entrevistas, este artículo presenta un modelo de implementación de la Transformación Digital compuesto por diez dimensiones - "clientes", "competencia", "datos", "innovación", "propuesta de valor", "competencias", "agilidad organizativa", "procesos ágiles", "cultura organizativa" y "liderazgo"- en las que se debe trabajar para lograr esta transformación.
