Mapas conceituais como instrumento de avaliação e aprendizagem de conceitos físicos sobre mecânica do vôo
Abstract
Este trabalho apresenta resultados de uma investigação sobre mapas conceituais como instrumento de avaliação e aprendizagem de conceitos físicos segundo a Teoria daAprendizagem Significativa. Com o apoio de um ambiente virtual adotou-se o Estudo de Caso “A Mecânica do Vôo de Aviões” como estratégia didática para uma disciplina do Curso de Licenciatura em Física e outra do Ensino Médio. Em cada mapa elaborado pelos alunos as ligações entre os conceitos físicos forneceram elementos para uma avaliação qualitativa. No Ensino Médio, em cada ligação (cerca de 65%), os alunos demonstravam a compreensão sobre o vôo do avião. Na Licenciatura, os mapas demonstraram também que os futuros professores sentem-se inseguros em organizar suas idéias acerca do tema (60% relacionadas), e ainda, que algumas concepções errôneas são resistentes e permanecem retidas na estrutura cognitiva, mesmo após os estudos realizados. Apesar da persistência de erros conceituais pode-se observar uma melhor compreensão do tema.
