Student experience in the systematic organization of health care for anursing team in a teaching hospital

This paper reports a study by a nursing student of a group of nurses for the Adult and Geriatric Nursing undergraduate course at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. The course teacher heard complaints from several members of the nursing team complaining of bone and joint pain and designated a student to analyze them. Complaints were recorded, data from the work environment was collected through observation and analyzed. Nursing diagnoses were found and proposals for intervention were described and implemented.Downloads
