Reception: reconstrution of the practice in health basic unit

Abstract

This paper analyzes reception in the services of the Belo Horizonte municipal Health Office, identifying conceptions, insertion of the professionals involved in the labor market, facilitating factors, difficulties and solution measures. It uses a qualitative approach (semi-structured interviews with managers, doctors, nurses and nursing auxiliaries). The analysis of the date was based on discourse and complemented by the analysis of documents. The identity of actors is verified as to theoretical constitution and disagreement on the work process. It clear that the nursing auxiliaries are mainly. The work showed structural problems in the services, demonstrating differences of technological availability and lack of a reference and counterreference system.
