This series of images comprises a process of writing and rewriting drawings conducted as part of research on the gesture of insistence. What causes a gesture, which doesn't necessitate an end, to conclude and begin again and again? The drawings depict the path of the pencil, the movement of the drawing itself, and their points of arrival. A journey, a pause, an arrival, and a new beginning. Each drawing has its own time of creation, even though they follow the same procedure. From the center, the gesture expands; from the center, it extends its limits, its edge, and thus its creation with each new paper, with each beginning and arrival for a new start.
