Abstract

This work is an important reflection on processes that transcend art and education, bringing poverty and social inequality as frontlines and art as an instrument of social transformation. As an object, an artistic intervention project carried out by the author from 2015 to 2017 in a State Public School of Ceará, developed annually with high school students, with the city as a stage for public and collaborative art. Its justification is given both by social deafness in the face of poverty, and by the growing need to give vent to ways out of the Brazilian social collapse. Here is an instrument for the personal, social and critical formation of adolescents, supported by the subjectivity of art teaching.
