This text intends to think the poetic emergence by the sublime and its reverberation in the contemporaneous artistic making. Considerations about the sublime in Barnet—Newman in light of Lyotard and Bachelard will be retake, opening another poetic dimension for contemporaneous images. Along with those authors, we will consider that the inexpressible lies not in another place or another time. But, in this something that happens here and now, affirming and expanding this moment.
