O vilancico de Natal no mundo ibérico (1640)
Abstract
This paper proposes the vilancico like an important document historic to the Iberian Modern World. It will be presented what is this kind of a genre, how is it defined, what is your characters. It was pretended to do a small analyze between the vilancico and others types of genres most used by the historiography. The vilancico emerged in the Iberian Peninsula and it has an important place on the religious rituals and festivities in Modern Age. It was considered a type of music of Estate and it contributed to strengthen the royal image. There are discussion about the relation between the vilancico and the rituals and festivities religious. Your sacred and profane character will be developed.
