Gender and sexuality in research in Education: reflections in the current Brazilian political-social context

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the approach of gender and sexuality in research work in Education and, through the perspectives of such productions, to analyze the political crisis for which Brazil finds itself. In addition to theoretical questions, it is possible to think of the construction of pedagogical projects that exclude the debate of gender and sexuality and what the consequences of this exclusion in life in society, broadening the discussion to encompass issues such as bullying, teacher formation and public health.
