O uso de ontologias na aprendizagem adaptativa

uma visão a partir de um mapeamento sistemático

Resumo

A aplicação de ontologias na aprendizagem adaptativa contribui para a implementação de alternativas técnico-pedagógicas com um profundo embasamento computacional. Para projetar pesquisas sobre inovações educacionais, é importante determinar quais são os principais pares de variáveis dependentes (DV) e independentes (VI) que foram estudados nos últimos cinco anos (2015-2019). Nesta década, diversos estudos teóricos estão presentes na Scopus até 2018, mas não se consegue identificar a relação DV-VI para cada publicação. Isso levou a um mapeamento sistemático usando critérios estabelecidos no protocolo PRISMA. Foram selecionados 289 artigos (ACM Digital Library (94), IEEE Xplorer (100) e Scopus (95)). Aplicando critérios rigorosos de inclusão e exclusão, 53 publicações foram escolhidas. Observa-se que existem resultados nesta área do conhecimento, porém, a aplicação de métodos híbridos que conseguem integrar sistemas de recomendação de objetos de aprendizagem adaptativos com várias técnicas de recomendação, por exemplo: baseada em conteúdo, filtragem colaborativa e ontologias, ainda é incipiente. Conclui-se que os pares de variáveis com maior frequência foram: VD: sistema de aprendizagem adaptativo – VI: modelo baseado em ontologias fuzzy; VD: avaliação de competências – VI: modelo baseado em ontologias fuzzy; VD: objetos de aprendizagem – VI: modelo baseado em ontologias; VD: estilos de aprendizagem – VI: modelo baseado em ontologias; VD: repositórios de recursos educacionais digitais – VI: máquinas de suporte vetorial; VD: classificação e agrupamento de alunos – VI: modelo baseado em ontologias.
