Abstract

A análise do estudo denominado “Aplicação de Técnicas de Inteligência Artificial para Classificação de Fuga ao Tema em Redações”, possibilitou uma reflexão a respeito das possibilidades e/ou potencialidades da Inteligência Artificial (IA) na área da Educação. Em especial, problematizamos as perspectivas que se abrem no campo do trabalho docente em um contexto de maior desenvolvimento da IA generativa.

A introdução da IA generativa, representa uma mudança significativa na forma como a tecnologia é usada no ambiente educacional. Esta tecnologia, que gera conteúdo com base em vastas bases de dados e aprendizado prévio, oferece respostas previstas para solicitações dos usuários. A IA generativa pode criar material educacional, fornecer respostas a perguntas e até mesmo desempenhar um papel de tutor virtual.

A IA generativa traz desafios e oportunidades para a educação. Por um lado, sua capacidade de fornecer respostas rápidas e personalizadas pode ser uma ferramenta valiosa para estudantes e professores. No entanto, também levanta questões éticas e pedagógicas, incluindo a possibilidade de substituir o trabalho docente por máquinas treinadas.

Author Biography

Eucidio Pimenta Arruda, Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais

  Graduated in History from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1999), Master and Doctor in Education from UFMG (2002 and 2009). He worked at the State University of Minas Gerais between 2002 and 2005, in the areas of Education, Technology and Methodology of Teaching History. He worked at Fumec University between 2002 and 2008, where he worked as an EaD director, Coordinator of the Veredas Project, Coordinator of the Specialization sector and developed several research and extension projects. He worked at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU) between July 2008 and August 2012, as a permanent professor in the Graduate Program in Education (PPGED / FACED / UFU), professor in the Pedagogy and Communication courses, coordinator of the Pedagogy course a Distance FACED / UAB / UFU and as responsible for the Technology area of ​​the Distance Education Center at UFU. Member of the Brazilian History Teaching Association (ABEH). Member of the National History Association (ANPUH). Since August 2012 he has worked at the Faculty of Education of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (FaE / UFMG), in the area of ​​Public Policies in Education and Information and Communication Technologies. He is currently the coordinator of the Open University of Brazil system at UFMG. Author of the books: Cyberprofessor: New Technologies, Teaching and Teaching Work (Autentica, 2004), Learning and digital games (Alinea, 2011) and Fundamentals for the development of digital games (Tekne, 2014). It has several published book chapters, as well as articles in scientific journals. He develops research projects funded by CNPq and FAPEMIG in the area of ​​computational modeling, teacher training and teaching and learning through museums.
