Paul Gonsalves

Paul Gonsalves (July 12, 1920 - May 15, 1974) was an American jazz saxophonist of Cape Verdean descent.

Duke Ellington

Edward Kennedy "Duke" Ellington was an American jazz composer, pianist, and orchestra leader who went by the nickname "The Duke" and was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 1969 and the Legion of Honor in 1973, both of which are the highest distinctions a civilian can receive.
