Narrativas do processo de criação e percepções sobre a recepção de Tio Vânia do Galpão

This article describes the creative process of creating the show Uncle Vanya made by Grupo Galpão and its reception by the critics and the public. We speak from a place between the artist and the researcher, and study the reception with interviews and analysis of the public criticism in the press and in digital media. Uncle Vanya considered a landmark for the thirty years history of the Galpão because it’s propose a dip in realism, representing a renewal of his aesthetic.
