Recursos avaliativos de competência digital docente no ensino superior online
uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Esta revisão sistemática da literatura (RSL) explora como estudos acadêmicos contemporâneos (2020-2025) têm abordado a avaliação de competências digitais docentes no contexto do ensino superior online. Seguindo o procedimento de Okoli e o protocolo PRISMA, 25 artigos revisados por pares foram selecionados e sintetizados utilizando as análises bibliométrica, textual e temática, sendo, posteriormente, classificados segundo a tipologia de instrumentos proposta por Mattar, Ramos e Lucas (2022). Os resultados identificaram 56 referenciais teóricos e modelos, além de 18 instrumentos, revelando um cenário metodológico diverso e globalmente distribuído. Registrou-se a predominância de metodologias quantitativas e de instrumentos autoavaliativos, sobressaindo-se entre eles o DigCompEdu Check-In, amplamente aplicado a diferentes contextos educacionais e culturais. A análise evidenciou ainda a falta de transparência na descrição e partilha dos instrumentos, frequentemente sem nome, sem apêndices ou com exposição metodológica insuficiente, a suscetibilidade a vieses cognitivos característica dos instrumentos de autoavaliação dominantes no corpus, e o recurso a instrumentos ad hoc sem validação nem partilha adequadas. Conclui-se que o campo da avaliação de competências digitais requer maior contextualização, diversificação metodológica e rigor científico para apoiar melhores práticas educacionais no atual contexto de transformação digital.
