Análise do bem-estar psicológico na prática coral inclusiva

A prática coral proporciona benefícios consideráveis nas esferas psicológica, afetiva e social, que favorecem a inclusão e a coesão social. É apresentado um estudo realizado com do coro inclusivo. O objetivo é realizar uma análise descritiva da situação atual deste coral para adaptar e conceber ações que contribuam para a melhoria do bem-estar psicológico. A amostra é composta por 73 participantes. O método utilizado é a pesquisa quantitativa ex post facto, retrospectiva e comparativa. Os resultados revelam que existem diferenças no bem-estar psicológico no que diz respeito à diversidade de gênero e naqueles indivíduos que percebem sofrimento psíquico. Pessoas com diversidade funcional não são aquelas que parecem ter um bem-estar psicológico inferior do que aquelas sem diversidade funcional, embora seus níveis de bem-estar psicológico sejam mais baixos. Esse aspecto nos convida a concluir que as atividades propostas no coral poderiam potencializar níveis mais elevados de bem-estar psicológico.
