RESEARCH ON IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATIONAL POLICIES IN BRAZIL: A STATE OF KNOWLEDGE

We present results of a review study type state of knowledge of research on the implementation of educational policies and programs published in Brazil in journals of the thematic field of Public Policies. Two guiding questions constituted the specific objectives of this mapping: whether educational policies and programs have been constitute as research objects in the implementation studies in the field of Public Policies and what the main approaches used by researchers in these investigations. A documentary and bibliographic work that focuses only one sector of publications. Was carried out a survey of articles published in qualified national journals in stratum A1 of Qualis Periódicos (Capes) in the areas of Political Science, Sociology and Public Administration. The main results point out that, although it is still little analyzed, compared to health and social assistance policies, the implementation of educational policies and programs has grown among the research objects in the field of Public Policies. They also point out a double tendency between these studies: those that are produced linked to the theoretical and conceptual references of the field of Public Policies and others that do not demonstrate an interface from the theoretical-conceptual point of view with this field.
