Imágenes externas de gen y cromosoma en materiales instruccionales para la enseñanza de la biología en el sistema educativo venezolano
Abstract
La investigación que se presenta forma parte de un proyecto más amplio centrado en la formulación de elementos para ayudar a construir fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos de sustento, a partir de la investigación en la enseñanza de la Biología, con aplicación en el desarrollo de materiales instruccionales de diversos tipos que permitan tratar de lograr el aprendizaje significativo de conceptos estructurantes de esta ciencia, como son gen y cromosoma. El estudio se refiere al análisis de las imágenes externas en libros de texto y guías de trabajo práctico de laboratorio en materiales instruccionales impresos empleados en tres niveles del sistema educativo venezolano para la enseñanza de Biología. Los resultados presentaron valores altos de significancia entre las variables del estudio de acuerdo al coeficiente de correlación seleccionado.
