Uma Proposta de Formação Continuada de Professores de Ciências buscando Inovação, Autonomia e Colaboração a partir de Referenciais Integrados
Abstract
O presente artigo tem como objetivo geral descrever, detalhadamente, um projeto de formação continuada docente, tal que o mesmo possa ser reproduzido, mediante devidas adaptações, por leitores que atuem nessa área. Além disso, são objetivos específicos: i) apresentar a proposta de formação continuada docente elaborada pelo Grupo de Pesquisa REAGIR – Modelagem e Educação em Ciências, da UFMG, que se estruturou sobre três referenciais teóricos: um modelo de raciocínio pedagógico, pesquisa-ação colaborativa e práxis; ii) evidenciar como tais referenciais teóricos integrados subsidiaram a estruturação das ações do projeto; e iii) discutir a relevância de cada referencial no processo, no sentido de favorecer uma formação docente rumo à inovação, autonomia e colaboração. Essa proposta de formação desenvolveu-se sob uma perspectiva crítico-reflexiva, tendo como principais premissas a concepção de docentes como aprendizes e a interação docente-especialista em um real nível de colaboração, isto é, uma situação na qual ambos participantes desempenham papéis igualmente relevantes no processo e aprendem através do compartilhamento mútuo de suas experiências.Downloads
