O trabalho em equipe como condição de produção de conhecimentos e as relações entre ensino e a pesquisa no tear da prática pedagógica: o estudo de um caso no brasil
Abstract
Este trabalho insere-se no campo das investigações sobre produção do conhecimento escolar, especificamente sobre os movimentos de formação docente dentro do trabalho no Programa de Ensino 46 do “Projeto Flora Fanerogâmica do Estado de São Paulo”. A base para a análise deste movimento foram os relatos reflexivos dos professores do ensino fundamental e médio - das disciplinas Ciências, História, Geografia, Português, Educação Artística, Biologia e Educação Física - sobre o seu trabalho nos diferentes espaços onde desenvolveram atividades do Programa de Ensino. Exploramos o estudo por fios que delineiam as “Características do Movimento de Construção do Trabalho em Equipe” e as “Relações entre Pesquisa e Ensino”. O que encontramos em muito se aproxima das discussões que faz Tardif sobre os saberes profissionais dos professores e a relação com os conhecimentos universitários : “a introdução de dispositivos de formação, de ação e de pesquisa que não sejam exclusivamente ou principalmente regidos pela lógica que orienta a constituição dos saberes e trajetórias de carreira no meio universitário”; “os debates férteis sobre o caráter plural e heterogêneo dos saberes docentes” e “a quebra da lógica disciplinar universitária nos cursos de formação profissional, gerando outras maneiras de contribuição dos conhecimentos acadêmicos”.Downloads
