Trata-se de uma resenha avaliativa sobre uma pesquisa que propôs como objetivo verificar a correlação entre as práticas docentes e a evasão discente em um curso técnico.

Author Biography

Paula Francisca da Silva, IFNMG

Graduated in Pedagogy from the State University of Montes Claros-UNIMONTES (2008), specialization in Higher Education Teaching from the Faculty of Noroeste de Minas - FINOM (2011), specialization in Distance Education from the Federal Institute of Northern Minas Gerais - IFNMG ( 2013), master's (2015) and doctorate (2022) in Education from the Faculty of Education of the Federal University of Minas Gerais-FAE/UFMG (2015). Member of the Research-Action Group on University and Higher Education -Universitátis (CNPQ) - FAE/UFMG. She worked as a school supervisor in the state education network of Minas Gerais, as a school counselor and teacher. She worked as a pedagogue at the Pedagogic Nucleus of the Salinas Campus of the IFNMG and as a supervisor of courses in the Pronatec Program on the same Campus. She worked as a pedagogue in the Higher Education Department of the IFNMG Pro-Rectory of Education and as General Coordinator of UAB within the IFNMG. She worked as a teacher in the Pro-Employee Program. She works in the Department of Technical Education of the Pro-Rectory of Education at IFNMG and as a professor in the specialization course in Teaching in Professional and Technological Education UAB/IFNMG. Develops research in the field of confluence work, public education policies, professional and technological education, higher education and teaching.
