Educar para a realidade: um desafio na formação de professores
Abstract
O objetivo desse estudo foi fazer uma leitura dos conteúdos embutidos nas falas de um grupo de professores participantes de um curso de capacitação em Química, que visava aprofundar os conceitos pedagógicos e químicos de maneira a favorecer ações efetivas dos docentes na sala de aula. Um elemento que emergiu de forma explícita ou implícita foi o conflito entre a proposta do curso e a realidade escolar na qual os professores se encontravam inseridos. Isso motivou uma ulterior investigação, sustentada por um referencial psicanalítico, sobre as maneiras como era visualizada pelos professores a realidade escolar e sobre as formas escolhidas para enfrentá-la. Algumas considerações gerais sobre os cursos de capacitação e as propostas curriculares concluem nossa apresentação dos resultados da investigação.Downloads
