Resumo

O empreendedorismo social é uma área importante para a formação no ensino superior, em que a ligação com diferentes setores é estratégica para criar opções de sustentabilidade para os cidadãos. O objetivo deste artigo é analisar a percepção do nível de domínio das competências sociais por parte dos estudantes de pós-graduação, com um curso de design inovador que integrou o método de Arquitectura de Horizontes, bem como tecnologias emergentes (realidade virtual, recursos ampliados, abertos e vídeos interactivos) para a construção de projetos empresariais que contribuam para os objetivos do desenvolvimento sustentável. O método de estudo foi misto, com triangulação simultânea, em que as escalas Likert de empreendedorismo social e inovação, bem como os grupos focais, foram aplicados a uma população de 65 estudantes, num curso de ensino a distância. Os resultados mostram a percepção de inovação educativa disruptiva na concepção do curso e o desenvolvimento da competência empresarial social, principalmente nas sub-competências de valor social, liderança e pessoal. Este artigo pode ser de valor para estudantes, professores, investigadores e decisores interessados na inovação educacional e empreendedorismo.
