A Inserção Profissional de um Professor de Física

Nosso objetivo com este trabalho foi compreender o percurso de um professor de Física que, a despeito de sua inserção numa escola em que os professores encontravam-se resistentes a inovações curriculares, conduziu seu ensino apoiado em práticas alternativas. Tal cenário foi marcado pela implantação de uma política educacional, a Escola Plural, em Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. Para a nossa análise, utilizamos o conceito de intermediário, retirado da teoria psicanalítica de René Kaës. Acreditamos que esse ensaio possa trazer contribuições tanto no que se refere às descontinuidades existentes entre a formação inicial e a inserção profissional, quanto na compreensão das práticas que se efetivam nas escolas em função das mudanças nas diretrizes educacionais.
