The study’s objective was to evaluate the effect of different inclusions of exogenous enzymes: control (without enzy- mes), fibrolytic, proteolytic, and amylolytic enzymes and enzyme mix in crumbled corn with straw and cob (CCSC) based concentrates in the diet of lambs on nutritional and metabolic parameters. The experiment was carried out at the Capim Branco experimental farm in the goat and sheep sector at the Federal University of Uberlândia. Five male lambs ¾ Dorper x ¼ Santa Inês, aged between 3 and 4 months and an average weight of 30 kg, were used. Concentrate based on CCSC was offered with the respective enzymes already mentioned, and the roughage offered was corn silage. The collection period was five consecutive days after adaptation. The dry matter intake (DMI) and dry matter digestibility (DMD) were evaluated during each data collection period. The experiment was designed in Latin square with five replications per treatment, five animals, and five experimental periods. The 5% SNK test tested means. There was no effect of the animals’ inclusion of exogenous enzymes on DMI and DMD. The amylolytic enzyme provided higher blood concentrations of triglycerides and very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) and lower blood concentrations of low-density lipoprotein (LDL). Using exogenous enzymes did not alter dry matter intake and digestibility and maintained the concentration of blood metabolites within the normal range for growing sheep.
