About the Journal

Em Tese (Qualis A2) is a biannual electronic journal of the Postgraduate Program in Literary Studies at UFMG dedicated to disseminating productions and research in the areas of Literary Studies and Arts.

The journal accepts, on a continuous basis, original contributions—articles, reviews, teaching reports, and translations—to compose the non-thematic issues of the journal. Texts should address the areas of Literary Theory, Brazilian Literature, Classical and Medieval Literatures, Modern Foreign Literatures, English-Language Literatures, and Comparative Literature.
